So, assuming I can get an opponent dishonored, I just have him show up to the fight and he is 4/4 with Hakuseki and I gain 2 honor. Then, if I can bow him, I gain another honor.

I dont know about that. Our best way of dishonoring people right now is by dueling them. Sanctioned Duel, Way of the Crane.
