This looks pretty good to me, I think even just using it after your opponent has attacked to force them to waste straightening/move in cards on their personalities looks promising for delaying attacks, particularly from big units that are hard to deal with.

I need to test it, but I'm afraid I'll have to agree with consensus - I think this looks better for military than honour.
