I mean narratively. Our alliance has NEVER produced an interesting moment since Kurohito and Nimuro stood together and told the other clans that we had already picked a new Imperial city. All the alliance has done in fiction is take away an entire clan from our stories. We don't interact anymore. What's the point of an alliance that never produces any stories?

To be fair, there havent been a lot of stories about anyone lately. Looks like things will be changing in that regard. Tacticus and I worked pretty hard to maintain good relations between the Left and Right hands in Winter Court. I am all in on keeping that alliance together, if given the choice.

The Alliance has been in place since 2002. This is not a recent problem. I've got money out there to break the alliance, and will continue to offer bounties in that vein until such time as the alliance does something to interest me.

They are not going to completely remove a win condition. They may, however, remove supporting a win condition for the Crane (while leaving it as a supported strategy for other Clans), because we voted for them to do so. I really do not get why so many people are assuming that this will not happen. If they give us an option that says a thing, and we vote for that option, why would they not then... do that thing? It's what we voted for! If we didn't want that, we wouldn't have voted for it, right?
