Doji Yoshi

I remember judging this costume. Doji Yoshi's wife did an absolutely beautiful job on this armor set which included a guruwa (neck guard), a kyahan (shin gaiters), hakama (pants), and shitagi (shirt worn under the armor). She had such an attention to detail which was superb. This armor set won first place at the 2014 GenCon honor event.

I saw a vid a long while ago about soaking your wig in fabric softener to give it a more realistic look, feel and wave.

Hopefully FFG will have a costume event at GenCon with the release of the game.

You can also use dry shampoo.Once you spray dry shampoo onto the wig brush the wig. Other options would be to lightly mist a wig with alcohol or hairspray then brush.

PLEASE, PLEASE brush the wig from the ends up to the roots. If you brush from the roots down you'll pull out the fibers and thin out your wig.

I have no idea. But I just got my hakama and kimono T-shirt in and tried them on and they look awesome with my haori. I'm debating even dying the hakama. It looks very good just plain white.
