[ALitS] Uncovered Plans (Strategy)
Political Open, 2GC: Target another player. You accuse him of covertly preparing for war. Choose one to three random cards from his hand and show them. For each of these cards that is a Weapon, or has a Battle or Engage ability, he loses 1 Honor, plus 1 additional Honor if your Allegiance is Progressive. For each other shown card, he gains 1 Honor.

Considering the world politics right now, I find this card a bit ironic... the effect feels a bit too random, but I guess is useful with Scorpion stronghold.

Is it 1 honor per card plus 1 or 2 honor per card if progressive is in play?

so if progressive is in play, it might be 6 honor loss(1+1,1+1,1+1)? or just 4(1,1,1,+1)?

I got 6, too. Seems like the "For each of these cards" is telling you to apply everything afterward to each card that matches the requirements. If it weren't for that last comma, I'd be certain of it.
