Yeah, I pointed out in TCS that there were two anti Crane cards printed (much to the denial of others).
This got previewed and you can't say there isn't an anti Crane action here.
This is ludicrous. Unwarranted and unacceptable.
There's not much else to say.

My word people. It's a story card with little to no playabilty seeing as L5R doesn't have a sideboard. If your running it for honor loss reductions from holdings, why? When you can run 3x Secluded Shrine and be gaining back lost honor every turn after it's out. If your running it for honor gain reduction, again, why? If you're military a card like this will just slow down your tempo and not advance your win con. If your a dishonor deck or another honor deck well if your running this your shooting yourself in the foot as much as the other guy. Honestly I play this game Becasue the story influences the cards even if they may not be playable after all it's still cool that you get to see the results of story choices on cards. This time it just so happens to be our clan on the receiving end of some negative effects, next time we may get to influence the story that results in a negative effect on another clan.
