You use a to reveal a card from their hand. Before you see the card you bow Natsumi to use her ability, and hope that the card they reveal is a Battle action.

So in a word: Poorly.

It just occurred to me that this card can be triggered by tutoring, since that shows cards. With these new-fangled Battle action sequences, that may be useful.
