[ALitS] The Samurai Caste Divides (Event)
Political Open: Search your Fate deck for an Allegiance card, show it, and put it in your hand.
Political Open: Discard a target Allegiance card in play. Refill this Province face-up.
Although the two sons of the Divine Empress did not sanction action against one another, their followers were happy to take that initiative on their own.

Free karmic if it hits an Allegiance card seems very strong.
As others have put, will only be as good as the Allegiance printed. Tutoring is always nice however!

I'm guessing Allegiance cards will be similar to the Lotus versions

Instead of permanent abilities, I'd bet they'll be more like Kata. And won't involve Winds. I'm guessing they'll create additional uses for the Favor.
