That's ... subtle.
Lion doesn't like losing tempo and being forced to defend, so the drawback isn't much of a drawback. 4G for 4F is pretty darn good, even with zero relevant keywords. On the other hand, 1C is a gamble with the recent batch of chi penalty effects; one Strike as the Earth, and he's outta here.
