(Once per turn, as a Dynasty, remove a card in your hand from the game to search your deck and Provinces for a Legacy Holding and Recruit it.)
You must have at least 16 Holdings in your deck construction.

This is...kinda awesome. One or two of these in your deck and you dont have to worry about being Gold screwed.

Sence you have to recruit the holding. Does this mean you have to spend the 3 gold?
