Include him and Hoturi in your deck, and start massive killing/card draw
Does he cost 17 in reality, because he has a clan alignment?

It says lion players may proclaim him. Definitely unaligned. I want to play Toturi too! So many great duelists. Expensive?

I'd love to play him myself, but two 15GC duelists seems a bit much. Not to say I won't try
How great would it be to use Hoturi's ability twice?

Massive HR on an Unaligned Personality in an arc where Dishonor is non-negligible makes him rough to play.
