Got to admit this does not seem like a strong card to me.

With the favor being given to the person with the most Rings and standing honor then this seems less useful for a defensive deck.

I could see an aggressive deck grabbing it early and then making this card almost obsolete.

True, Lion might run it though. Especially with the small cardpool.

Cheap Political and most of their chars have glory.
