Good defensive card that isn't useless on the attack. I can see it going in and out of decks a lot.

I wouldn't worry about making too much of a connection. This is by no means a replacement for Outer Walls, as the only clan right now that would have a sufficient economic structure to use this at any point is Mantis out of AV. If Outer Walls is going away, it's not because of this card.

People do realize it's at minus 4 right? Yeah, it's still going to be too expensive for some decks, but I think it's an option for more than AV.

I doubt it will replace Outer Walls in EE, but I could see it replacing Settling.

Yeah, I could see that, I suppose, since like Settling it can be used on offense and defense.
