I'm wondering about the context of this card too.  Those hand guards look like Crane blue.

Did Rambo join the Crane clan and start hunting down Lion clan members?  :)

I think the hand guards and the bandana look Crab, actually. Think Hiruma Aya and some others...A bit like the 3ER Hiruma scouts, sneaky gits. I think stealth-killing scouts are actually a Crab theme, not a Crane one. Crane scouts do not get up close and personal.
