In the lion matchup, we can copy Kasei and use him for an extra defender.

Bottom line, our defensive decks will now have our attackers strongest non-unique personality in order to defend. We will also have an additional personality to defend with. And its free.

I'm going to create a set of proxy personalities that i can go through in order to pull from so it will be authentic.

I nominate this card for "most broken card this set". Auto-include in any deck that has artisans as far as I am concerned...no matter whether you want another Nukada, another Yosuga, moar Inisi, a cloned Jutsushi...it's pretty nasty.

This really gets close to autoinclude for artisan using decks. cant complain anywhere. In a lot of decks howevery i would not overrate it. Take for example our purely defensive embassy decks dishonor or honor. I cant think of a personality in my deck would like to copy for this card slot. In dishonor the best call would be gisei to produce an honorloss, but i could just as well play a honorloss instead of this card making in much more stable. If I only use presenceless defense, makeing a defender has limits to it effectiveness depending on the enemy deck and wether he got a sneak atack. In decks going military/switch or defending oposed this card rules. It also combos well with arranged guilt.

I kind of hope Spider gets a "flesh crafter" theme, or some such, supporting Artisans now that I'm starting to see all their bizarre artisans. Seems kinda creepy/cool.

It does not seem to copy traits other than keywords, so Hida Hebi's clone is actually better than Hida Hebi (for instance). I'm sure there are more abuses of this quirk.

Open: "I will play Taxing the Scum, you take 2 +1,+1,+1,+1,+1,+1 for 8 altogether. I'll gain 6 honor. Did you want seppuku your Clan Champion so you only take 7?"

Spider are getting 2 more artisans, one unique (Yajinden) and one non-unique (Chuda Kiuchi), along with Udo and Chuda Kanashi giving Spider the ability to effectively run the artisan strategies.
