4F Iron Crane, with a proactive action for 7g. Not bad, will be in my scout decks at the start of EE.

Too bad we don't get Naval Daidoji, but that guy is decent. 7GC for 4F is a bit expensive, especially with only 2PH, but the possibility of removing presence while sneaking is more than making for it.

Um, no? 4/3 is a pretty standard stat line for a non-unique 7g military minded personality with an action for a clan with 4 gold Stronghold production. And usually the bulk of a deck. The exceptions being various Crab/Spider who are 5/2 for 7.

This guy's good, very good. Assuming of course Iron Crane Scouts will be a purely military theme in EE.

I was alluding to his relatively low honor. But otherwise, you are completely right, of course. I just hope we get more ways of sneaking than we had in CE.

I was not under this impression. I was just hoping that with all the tooting of new themes for EE, we might get them, which would have only been logical. After all, Cranes are supposed to have the second best Navy after Mantis. But I had no illusions we would get it.

Have to ask the stupd question, but is this guy rare? By my eyes he looks like an uncommon, but I can't tell the diamond from the star from the online images.

And have we seen all of our personality previews yet? I think there's still one left, but I'm not sure.

This guy is cool, though. Could work well in a defensive, non-dueling scout honor deck. Include big weapons for a chance to switch.

To be honest, at this point in the arc, Scouts are only really going to end up as support in an honor deck. They just don't have the tools to gain honor quickly enough and don't have the strength to sustain a longer game.

I'll give Iron Crane one last hurrah for CE to at least see how it can perform, but I'm not going to raise any expectations. It's nice to see that we'll be getting a B-word personality who could be solid going into the new arc.

Zoushi was already 4F and less than 9GC, and I believe he was better than this card. But i might be wrong. This said, again, Masafuni might be good in EE. We need to see more of the new Recons.
