I intend to go to this Kotei while home on R&R from Afghanistan. Does anyone have any information on the Kotei like what they plan on doing for the Honor side of the events? Also, what Crane players are going to be in attendance?

As far as I know, there is no "Honor" contest. Only another tournament which involves making a deck with no rares.
