I'd consider this. Reusable Ret (but the alternate ret card art is so goooood). One could feasibly drop a weaker guidance, take this, drop down to two ret's fate side.

It's not reusable. You have to discard it.

I'm usually wrong on these things, I missed the discard part.  This Vengeance has lost it's appeal. Shouldn't Vengeance be a Dark Fortune?

Like, its a Ret that your opponent can work around because they can see it coming.

I agree. The whole appeal of 'The Perfect Moment' or Retribution is that they are a SURPRISE! This you can see coming and prepare for. I've lost plenty-a-province from The Perfect Moment and Ret before, so I know they are effective, but I was caught off guard with them, which is the purpose.

I think the fact that Jurojin's can do this exact thing without sucking the rest of the time it is in play doing nothing sums up how I feel about it.  It doesn't even give +1F on the counter attack.
