5F, 8G, pretty much always relevant ability? This would be great except for the embarrassment of riches the Dragon already have.

Poormans Kensai (hey, they exist) will like her, especially with an action that is bowing through attachments.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Easily replaces Reiyu. 5F is a much better number with the popularity of Crab, and outright bow through attachments (granted, with a restriction) is more likely to get used than Force reduction.

A lot of people want to replace Reiyu with her, myself included. Force reduction is the red-headed step child of Battle actions. The even gold cost makes her (Kouzei) a little clunky, but I don't think by enough to make her a detrimental inclusion.

I've been running Dragon Kensai and honestly this personality is awesome for that deck. I am utterly confused at people running Gobashi. Why would people run a blank Kensai when you can just run the awesome Spider Kensai you should probably be running anyways? I think Reiyu is the right choice for replacement sadly. Force penalties are underrated currently, IMO, but the new force negation and Game of Sincerity negation card means it also hits Reiyu, which is the perfect time to swap in this lovely samurai.

The great Kensai decks that crush all the other decks here in France do not run Gobashi or Reiyu...

Kensai decks may play her indeed, but it's not going to give the deck much more power than it already has. So that's why I say it's fine for me.
