This guy is busted.  Auto include in KL, possible borrow for a united nations Aerie deck.

Cannot wait to put him in a KL deck. Economic Reprecussions, A Fugitive Apprehended, A Quiet Transaction, and the box all have cost reduction. not to mention the extra gold production in the deck makes every thing else they plan to do normally in a turn possible. Yoritomo Singh and Yoritomo Sakuma and Luxirious Silk all have gold producing reactions when paying for actions. All of these things make for a really powerful deck already and now they throw another 'pay for kill' action into it. So Good.

If it weren't for directing their contempt at the current seated Empress it would be a bit more of a grey area. Being bitter at the other clans moving in would be normal, but forgetting that all things actually belong to the Emperor is pretty bad.
