OK, I know the flavor text were written before this Kotei season turned into a complete disaster for us, but I have to say this is not too funny. This said, nice card, I suppose. Searching your deck to improve your hand composition is good.

Veyr good card... you can always draw courtesy of the crane

. As always I really like card draw and taking from the deck what I need most at the moment is great idea. So, for sure I will have to find place for this event my decks... yeah, courtesy of the crane looks much better with this event. Maybe it will be worth to add this to scout deck?

Scout decks don't really use much political actions. I see this in KOxp or Aerie.

I'll echo this not seeing play in scout decks. Most of them don't run more than Game of Sincerity and/or Rumours Travel. Some don't run any. In both cases, this card is fighting for a very limited number of event/region slots against stuff that acts as a baseline deck enabler rather than something that can fish for a single meta card.

This card does not do nearly enough to warrant a Dynasty slot except for maybe in Enlightenment.

I am thinking that this expansion was supposed to be released 2-3 months ago, but was delayed by EE being delayed.

EE was delayed because I played Delayed Arrival on AEG and they couldn't assign. Subsequently, it showed up again next turn and now we have Winter Cards in May.

Delayed Arrival coincidentally, is one of the reasons this card won't be played much.
