Nope, these are for everyone, though there is a special section for achievements specific to this forum and community.

Google Advanced search.  It will be of limited use outside of wins or Kotei top 4s after 2003 or so

i got 2nd place at a 30 person event in san diego at end of samurai. the Defenders of Ningen-do but all i have for proof is me and the person who took first each agreed to split the promo cards for the winner and whoever won got the extra.  so i have one of the cards reserved only for the winner.  btw the card is Imperial dojo.  will that work?
