Would this be good for Crane Scout sleazing? I don't know the gold structure for them.

They are much better off sticking with Recruitment Officer if they want to go over 2G for holdings that generate Force.

Good point. Wouldn't running both RO and this give them 6 sources of F-boost for much greater consistency?

Heavy Infantry Dojo has also been an option, as well as being another 4 for 3 holding.

However, Retired Sensei can be used while bowed so does double duty on the attack. Could also be used on the opponent's turn druing a Retribution.

Also if anyone runs Peace in a Scout deck (no idea if that's worthwhile or not) it can be used right away.

Recruitment Officer gives you a personality with 2f.  That's about a million times more useful than a 2f pump.  This card isn't bad, but I'm not sure what deck type really needs force at this point and can spare an off-tempo gold holding.

Blitz/swarm decks might use it. ROs 4gc and requirement to bow for its reaction hurts its usage in those decks. This fits better with the gold schemes and can be used to fund limited phase purchases before using its force pump in battle.

Yes, it can probably be used for Crane sleaze. Not so much the midgame weapon builds, but it might find a home in the blitz and swarm scout builds. If so, it'll replace some of the more situational util holdings - generally that setup uses around 11-12 cheap holdings, with Marketplace and Ageless being the only real auto-includes.

For most, a 2 for 3 is crap unless it's a ridiculously strong benefit, which this is not. Lion and Ronin don't have the easiest of times being able to afford Recruitment Officers or Heavy Infantry Dojo, so could be seen from them.
