Weird card for siege as it doesn't fit anything Kaiu that i can think of. still an interesting card.

blanking atoll, fortifications and indomitable is useful but, way too limited. If it blanked colonial harbor then we would have a winner.
It second ability is very powerful for blitz but, that looks to be the theme of this con pack.

Turn one, destroy your bamboo harvesters to make a personality.
Then play three of these.
Get some force pumps, and swing at three provinces.
You can totally take them.
