Greetings, denizens of the court. To inspire further discussion, we will now be holding a weekly debate on a topic related to the world of L5R. Unlike a one on one contest, this debate is open to all forum members. Anyone may weigh in on either side of this argument. Remember, this debate follows all the rules of the sadane format (which can be found here), with a few exceptions:

The post will be open for five days, at the end of which, it will be locked, and there will be two days of voting open, during which forum users can vote for whichever poster most effectively made their argument regarding the topic, regardless of the side taken.

The winner will gain +3 Honor. Each person who participated with reasonable content (ie avoid single word/sentence replies, me too replies, ect. You're actually trying to make your case... or disprove someone else's) will gain +1 Honor at the end of the debate.

Winning this will count as 2 wins toward any community Sadane achievements.

You must post at least twice to be considered a participant in the Weekly Debate.

Can the weekly sadane debate be entered if one is engaged in a one-on-one sadane already?

Okay, thanks, I was unsure because the rules clearly state: you may only engage in one sadane debate at a time
